Bob with the Quartet after their performance at Lincoln Center

On May 22, 2008, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center presented Preludes #3 and #4 from Bob's Four Preludes for String Quartet at the 13th annual Young Ensembles Concert.

Bob would like to thank all four students for a wonderful performance, and also Nick Rzonsa and Jessica Thompson who did a great job coaching these Middle School students.

About the Preludes

Composed in 2006, the Four Preludes were premiered on 8/4/07 in historic Kean Hall by students of the American String Teacher’s Association/New Jersey Chamber Music Institute.  That same month, they were also performed in a master class with the world-renowned Daedalus String Quartet.
